About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals and businesses find the right insurance coverage through our partnership with Brightway Insurance, provide professional guidance tailored to each client’s needs, and support them in making informed decisions that protect their families and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in evaluating and selecting insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Commercial (General Liability & Workers’ Compensation), and Pet insurance.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Prepare and submit insurance applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients about renewals, policy changes, and claims support.
- Build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on insurance guidelines, carrier requirements, and product offerings.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance (preferred, but not required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to explain coverage options clearly and professionally.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
